Getting there…
You'll only need to book your round trip to Belize City International (BZE) and we'll take care of the rest. All major US carriers fly here and most flights arrive within a few hours of each other. BZE is a small airport and easy to navigate. You'll clear customs and re-check for your hop flight which is included.
Your round trip hop flight from BZE to Ambergris Caye (San Pedro-SPR) is included in the package and we will take care of booking this for you. It includes one 50# check bag and one carry on. You'll take the short 15 minute hop over to the beautiful island of Ambergris Caye and our staff will be there waiting on your arrival.
The most common way to get around in San Pedro is with a golf cart. Though several of our venue locations are walkable, you’ll likely want the freedom of a golf cart to explore the island on your own schedule. You might also choose to share with friends and cut the costs. We have made this an option for that reason.
Week 1 of our event is “Get the Party Started” and we feature artists both in and around the Trop Rock genre. This week is geared more towards the late night party crowd with several shows going on until midnight and a full schedule of activities.
Week 2 is “Keep the Party Going” where we’ll do just that…but hopefully at just a slightly slower pace! We’ll feature different artists than Week 1, many of whom are directly related to the Trop Rock genre. This week also has a bit more Parrothead related flair and a little more time baked in for excursions and relaxing on your vacation. Many of our guests will stay for both weeks as both are chock full of fun in the Belizean Sun…skip the winter and join us!
NOTE: if you are purchasing both weeks 1 & 2 with us, you will not need the hop flights for both weeks. Please make sure to USE DISCOUNT CODE “WEEK2” at checkout on your order form so you are not charged for the second week’s flights. This will save you $370 off week 2’s total package price.
WEEK 1 MOTM ITINERARY
Friday - Arrival Day & VIP Eat-n-Greet
After arriving at San Pedro airport (hop flight included), our staff will greet you and direct you where you need to go. If you are staying at Sunbreeze (the host hotel) our stewards will be there to handle your luggage directly across the street from the airport to the resort where you’ll get checked in and immediately into vacation mode. If you’re staying at the other properties, our staff will connect you with each property’s respective concierge who’ll deliver you and your bags to your resort. You’ll have your first few hours to relax and get into vacation mode after the long travel day and join us at your leisure. If you have chosen a first day golf cart, this will also be delivered to you upon arrival or shortly afterward. Come grab a bite at Bluewater Grill (our host venue) and enjoy live local music by the pool!
After a long travel day, we’ve learned that having a laid-back first night is crucial to your health for the week to come as Friday is going to be a hard travel day for many of you. So Friday night we have a VIP Only Eat-n-Greet with your hosts Mike and Melissa at one of our favorite restaurants on the island. This location is within walking distance from all of the properties so plan to come join us for your first dinner on the island at a leisurely pace. This is your opportunity to start getting to know your fellow Mayans, as well as time to let us start getting to know you before the chaos of the week begins. Of course there is plenty of opportunity to get the drinking started and some other bars in staggering distance you can check out-as well as festival-related-music going on in town to get the party started!

Saturday - Afternoon Shows, Cart Decorating and Opening Ceremonies
Enjoy your first full day of vacation chilling in the pool or courtyard at the host hotel with an in-the-round start to a week chock full of music and fun! The location has plenty of seating, pool space, Belizean sunshine and of course libations for everyone. It’s the perfect introduction to what’s sure to be a perfect week!

We will be decorating the golf carts with fun stuff for the week directly behind the host hotel, so bring a few things and join in!
Saturday night we’ll continue the fun with a very special duo performance with your host Mike Nash and the guy who started it all in San Pedro, the King of the Island himself, Kelly McGuire! Kelly is our dear friend who brought us to Belize in the first place and this duo show has been a staple of the event since its inception. It is always one of the most memorable of the week!

Sunday - Daytime Shows & Late Night Party
Sunday we’re splitting the group for simultaneous shows by two of our artists. You pick the vibe you’re feeling, and let the music come to you! The artists will play one set each at each location first, then swap stages and do it again. You can just find your perfect spot and chill. (VIP and Passholders only)
Sunday evening you’ll have a choice of El Wencho’s official kickoff party at Castaway open to the public, or a showcase in town with one of our headline artists. (VIP and Passholders only)

Monday - Field Trip to Secret Beach
After two non-stop days and nights of music and partying, you need a chill day drinking spot…so Monday we'll load the carts up and head north…WAY north! We’ll spend the day chilling in knee deep water in paradise at our private host bar Happy Island at Secret Beach! Secret Beach is one of the most beautiful hidden gems on the island and it makes for an incredible day of doing absolutely nothing but drinking and getting to know your fellow Mayans. This is the day we all become one big family!
1-4pm- We’ll feature the music of our friend and local artist Brent Butcher for the afternoon. This is a totally laid back show and afternoon and Brent plays a wide variety of Tropical Texas music. It’s the perfect vibe for an unforgettable day of doing nothing at all!
Open night on the schedule to support various artists around town.

Tuesday - Take a vacation from your vacation day & Trop Rock Rave!
Tuesday is completely yours! Check out that restaurant you’ve been hearing about, book a dive/snorkel or fishing trip, head back to spend the day at one of your favorite spots, head to Tranquility Bay for the day…there is so much to do and see on the island outside of our festival that we want to give you an entire day and night to do what you want to do!
9pm-Midnight - We’ve left the evening open for you to hit dinner at your favorite spot or find someplace new…but don’t over do it or you’ll miss the biggest Trop Rock party in the Universe! We’ve secured a private Night Club and a couple of our Mayan DJ friends who are helping us turn it into a Trop Rock Rave!! You’ve just gotta see this to believe it…people are still raving about 2026’s inaugural year! (this night is VIP only)

Wednesday - Pick Your Poison Daytime & Mike Nash VIP Night
Wednesday is pick your poison day! We’ve got two awesome venues with music all afternoon. The bars are a short golf cart ride (or stagger) apart and both artists will be taking simultaneous breaks in the middle if you decide you want a change of venue. Pick your poison and enjoy your Wednesday afternoon in paradise!

Thursday - A Caulker Afternoon with Mike Nash, John Patti and Friends
NEW FOR 2027! We’ve added a snorkeling/catamaran group excursion option for this day! We know many of you have been asking for a group snorkeling day, and our friends at Seaduced are ready to fill this void for us in 2027! We used them in 2026 merely as an alternate transport to Caye Caulker, but their normal day excursion trip includes a snorkeling adventure at Shark-Ray-Alley where you get to swim with rays and nurse sharks along with incredible reef snorkeling at HolChan Marine Reserve. They start early at 8am, and after snorkeling, you’ll join the rest of the group for a few hours at Caye Caulker before slow rolling back to San Pedro to catch sunset on the way, so you won’t miss a thing! All of the catamaran guests raved about the crew and the boats in 2026, so here’s a way to knock out two birds with one stone and add some more adventure to your trip! This option can be added to any package (you’ll see the add-on link at the bottom of all of the room order forms). For everyone else, your VIP package includes the round trip ferry which is the way the majority of us will travel for the day. For many of you who’ve done the Caye Caulker by ferry day in the past, this Seaduced Package will be an great opportunity to squeeze in a snorkel tour with some of your new Mayan friends and add to your vacation!
VIP Ferry Guests: Now that you'll have a good feel for what Ambergris Caye and San Pedro are all about, it's time to go island hopping! We'll head out Thursday morning by water taxi to visit San Pedro's much more laid back neighbor island of Caye Caulker! Picture a much slower vibe than San Pedro; very few golf carts here. In fact, you can walk the entire 10 blocks long by 2 blocks wide island in a few minutes-but there's still plenty to do here on our day trip. You can hand feed the tarpon, search for sea horses at the sea horse preserve and even hand feed stingrays…or just “park it up down at The Lizard” and drink the day away with music by Mike Nash, John Patti and Friends. Grab yourself a "panty rippah”, have a fresh grilled lobster, get in some souvenir shopping, or just enjoy the laid back vibe that is a “Caulker Afternoon”!
8am- Seaduced Catamaran Group will board at the host hotel dock (extra purchase necessary)
11am- Our VIP ferry will board at the ferry terminal in town (VIP only)
*the public ferry runs every hour and a half for pass holders and general public (purchase at the gate on your own)
11:30am-VIP Ferry arrives at Caye Caulker
12-3pm - Mike Nash and Friends at The Lazy Lizard (completely optional, you can also go explore!)
12:30ish- Seaduced Catamaran arrives at The Lazy Lizard
3-5:30pm - Tarpon & Stingray feeding and exploring the island at your own pace
4pm- Seaduced Catamaran leaves for slow stroll back to San Pedro
5:30pm- VIP private ferry leaves for San Pedro
6pm - Pirate Catamaran and VIP guests return to San Pedro
*the last public ferry leaves for San Pedro at 5:30pm (for general public and pass holders)

Friday - Patti Pool Party or El Wencho & Grand Finale Party
Friday you can choose to spend your final afternoon of your vacation with a special Tiburon Rum & Fin Tequila sponsored Pool Party with John Patti at the Bluewater Pool (VIP and Passholders Only) or join the boys of El Wencho for one last hoorah at Nauti Crab (open to all).
Everyone else is free to squeeze in a last visit to your favorite spot for one more drink…it’s your last day of vacation so spend it wisely!
5:30pm - Friday at the beach in front of the host hotel we’ll be treated to a live performance by the San Pedro High School Marching Band which is our major charity for the event. After the band’s performance, Mike Nash takes stage and hosts a full band of Belizean and American musicians as we feature original music from all of the week’s artists. We’re ending your vacation and time in Belize on a “high note”, but we can’t wait to do it all again next year!

Saturday - End of week 1 and start of week 2
Returning home: If you'll be leaving us to return home, you will be taking your hop flight from San Pedro Saturday (included) and returning back to BZE airport in time for your US bound flight. Most US flights don't leave until at least 1pm or later, so you'll have plenty of time to grab lunch or a few more vacation drinks at the airport. We will need your itinerary at a later date.
Staying over for week 2: If one week in San Pedro just wasn't enough for you and you have any liver left, we welcome you to stay with us for week 2 and do it all again with a new group of friends! Saturday will be the rollover day from week 1 to week 2 groups so you can extend your vacation and spend the day in the pool greeting the new week 2 guests with us or choose this day for an excursion or massage!
Caye Caulker Rehab- we are currently working on an option to stay a few more days on Caye Caulker and extend your vacation. Details coming soon!

A perfect property to book with groups of friends so you can all stay in the same camp together. Sunbreeze Suites is the sister property to our host hotel. It is located approximately a ten minute easy walk up the beach (five minutes by golf cart) from the host hotel. This boutique property is in a great location in the heart of it all- with restaurants and shopping just steps away. It features all one-bedroom suites with a separate living room area/dining area, full kitchens and pull out sofa. There is a restaurant and small bar on site as well as a nice plunge pool. The property has a total of 20 rooms of which our group takes over half. Sunbreeze Suites is a wonderful location in the heart of everything and within walking distance of the host hotel as well as many of our music venues just to the north on the Del Rio Strip.

Ramon’s Village is simply breathtaking! One of the nicest and best maintained resorts on the entire island; every detail is covered with this property. If you are looking for a unique “resort style” vacation Ramon’s will most certainly impress. All of the Tahitian styled cottages are nestled throughout tropical gardens of Royal Palms, bougainvillea, lilies, hibiscus and dozens of other types of tropical flora. Blue Tang is also only steps from Palapa Bar and many other dining options as well as all the bars along the Del Rio Strip where many of our music shows will take place. It is about an 8 minute golf cart ride from the host hotel with traffic, or a ten minute easy walk down the beach to the host hotel. Our gorgeous accommodations at Sunbreeze Resort in San Pedro couldn't be more convenient, affordable and luxurious! Sunbreeze is our primary host hotel where several of our music shows will take place. This location typically sells out fast, but not to worry, we have other fantastic options literally right next door and others very close in the general area so everything is within reach. All guests staying at any of our hotels will receive VIP status which comes with access to the host hotel (Sunbreeze) grounds, pool and the shows at the Sunbreeze stage as well as VIP only events.
