Getting there…
You'll only need to book your round trip flight to Belize City International (BZE) and we'll take care of the rest. All major US carriers fly here and most flights arrive within a few hours of each other. BZE is a small airport and easy to navigate. You'll be guided to the domestic waiting area where you can grab a drink or meal while you wait for your hop flight.
Your round trip hop flight from BZE to Ambergris Caye (San Pedro-SPR) is included in the package and we will take care of booking this for you. It includes one check bag and one carry on. You'll take the short 15 minute hop over to the beautiful island of Ambergris Caye and we will be there waiting on your arrival.
The most common way to get around in San Pedro is with a golf cart. You will want to have one or share one with friends as many of our locations are not walkable. In the past, we have had some couples decide to split a cart with friends. We have made this and add-on option so you can decide for yourself, just let us know who’s sharing on your order form.
The first week of our event is “the Trop Rock week” and we feature more of the modern day artists from the Trop Rock genre. This week is geared more towards the late night party crowd and is chock full of music from your favorite touring artists from today.
Week two is the “Parrothead Afterparty” week where we bring back the artists who helped get the whole thing started and an attempt to recreate some of the best memories from the best events from days gone by.
Each of the first two weeks will be truly unique as two different stand alone events. Of course week two will also contain a lot of partying, but with a different flavor than week one. Both are chock full of fun and music in the Belizean sun!

WEEK 1 MOTM ITINERARY
Friday January 23- Arrival Day & VIP Eat-N-Greet
After arriving at San Pedro airport (hop flight included), we will have stewards to handle your luggage to the resort directly across the street from the airport where we’ll get you checked in and up to speed and signed in for golf carts for the folks staying at the satellite hotels. You’ll have your first few hours to relax and get into vacation mode after the long travel day. Hit the pool or hit the on site restaurant for a bite and get ready for the week ahead!
7pm- After a long travel day, we’ve learned that having a laid-back first night is crucial to your health for the week to come LOL. So Friday night we have a VIP only Eat and Greet with your hosts Mike and Melissa at one of our favorite restaurants on the island, El Patio! This is within walking distance from all of the hotels so plan to come join us for your first dinner on the island at a leisurely pace. This is your opportunity to start getting to know your fellow Mayans as well as time to let us start getting to know you before the chaos of the week begins. Of course there is plenty of opportunity to get the drinking started and some other bars in staggering distance we can check out as well!

Saturday January 24- Afternoon Shows, Cart Decorating and Kickoff Show at Sunbreeze Bluewater Stage
12-2pm Enjoy your first full day of vacation chilling in the pool at the host hotel with your host Mike Nash along with Eric Erdman, John McLellan and Cliff Cody for an in-the-round start to a week chock full of music and fun! The Sunbreeze Bluewater Stage at our host hotel has plenty of seating, pool space, Belizean sunshine and of course libations for everyone (provided by our good friends (and owners of Bluewater Grill) Donald and Catherine. It’s the perfect introduction to what’s sure to be a perfect week!

3:30-4:30 - We will have our golf cart decorating party Saturday afternoon along with the first performance from our friends El Wencho- so bring some fun stuff to dress up your ride for the week and get your livers ready!
7-9:30pm- Saturday night it’s back to the Sunbreeze Bluewater Stage for a very special duo performance with your host Mike Nash and the guy who started it all in San Pedro, the King of the Island himself, Kelly McGuire! Kelly is our dear friend who brought us to Belize in the first place and this duo show has been a staple of the event since its inception. It is always one of the most memorable of the week!

Sunday January 25- Daytime Del Rio Strip Shows & El Wencho Welcome Party
12pm-2pm- We’ll start the day on the Boca Del Rio Strip where we’re taking you to one of our favorite bars on the island, Wayo’s! You’re going to love the atmosphere and staff here and our dear friends (and owners) Wayo and Dee will be some of your favorites too! There are multiple seating areas both shaded and for soaking up the sun, or you can even bring a float along and enjoy the afternoon show from knee deep water around the bar’s edge! It’s the perfect backdrop to host songwriter’s Mike Nash and Cliff Cody as you slip into the Caye Vibe for your Sunday-Funday-morning. (VIP and Passholders only)
2:30-4:30pm- When we wrap things up at Wayo’s, we’re keeping your Sunday-Funday party going with Mike Nash and Eric Erdman at Nauti Crab literally staggering distance down the beach! Nauti Crab is another of our favorite spots we want you to fall in love with (and drink them out of Screwball shots!). This open air, beachfront hideaway is usually jam-packed every night with special events that the owner’s Rob and Christa put on, but on Sunday afternoon the Mayan’s are taking over and you’re going to love it!
7-10pm- Sunday evening we will head up north to the Castaway’s Pirate Stage and enjoy a night of non-stop partying with our friends El Wencho and their huge crew of Montana folks who bring more fun to the festival. This is a show you just have to see to believe! El Wencho will quickly be one of your favorites and the venue can certainly accommodate the crowd. Get there early for dinner, we recommend the Sugar Beets!

Monday January 26- Field Trip to Secret Beach
11am-5pm- After two non-stop days and nights of music and partying, you need a chill day drinking spot…so Monday we'll load the carts up and head north…WAY north! We’ll spend the day chilling in knee deep water in paradise at our private host bar Happy Island at Secret Beach! Secret Beach is one of the most beautiful hidden gems on the island and it makes for an incredible day of doing absolutely nothing but drinking and getting to know your fellow Mayans. This is the day we all become one big family!
1-4pm- We’ll feature the music of our friend and local artist Brent Butcher for the afternoon. This is a totally laid back show and afternoon and Brent plays a wide variety of Tropical Texas music. It’s the perfect vibe for an unforgettable day of doing nothing at all!
6-9pm - Monday evening we’ve got a private crab race special for our group at Nauti Crab. You’ve just gotta see this to believe it! It’ll be a nice change of pace from the music and Rob (the owner) puts on a show of his own! (VIP ONLY)
*if you choose to skip the crab race, Monday night will be open on the schedule.

Tuesday January 27- Take a vacation from your vacation day!
Tuesday is completely yours! Check out that restaurant you’ve been hearing about, book a dive/snorkel or fishing trip, head back to spend the day at one of your favorite spots, head to Tranquility Bay for the day…there is so much to do and see on the island outside of our festival that we want to give you an entire day and night to do what you want to do!
Tuesday night will officially be open on the schedule, but you’ll have the opportunity to support the artists all around town at various venues of your choice.

Wednesday January 28- Pick Your Poison and El Wencho & Friends
11am-4pm- Wednesday is pick your poison day! We’ve got two awesome venues, Mesa Cantina (a Mexican Cantina inspired bar on the ocean side) and Croc’s (a swampy style bar on the lagoon side) with Eric Erdman at one location and Cliff Cody at the other for the afternoon. The bars are a short golf cart ride (or stagger) apart and both artists will be taking simultaneous breaks in the middle and swapping venues, so you can stay put and catch both shows along with local artists (TBA) to fill the gap in between. Pick your poison and let the music come to you!

7-10+pm- Wednesday night we’ve got another round of El Wencho at (location TBA) but this time they’ll be joined by an all star cast with all of the other artists for one big shotgun style party as you dance the night away! …oh, and our friend John Patti will be joining us for the debauchery on Wednesday night as well!

Thursday January 29- A Caulker Afternoon with Mike Nash and John Patti
11am-5pm- Now that you'll have a good feel for what Ambergris Caye and San Pedro are all about, it's time to go island hopping! We'll head out Thursday by water taxi to visit San Pedro's much more laid back neighbor island of Caye Caulker! (the private ferry is for VIP only, but passholders can take the public ferry-there is also a private Pirate Catamaran available for purchase here that can be added to any package)
Picture a much slower vibe than San Pedro; very few golf carts here. In fact, you can walk the entire 8 blocks long by 2 blocks wide island in a few minutes-but there's still plenty to do here on our day trip. You can hand feed the tarpon, search for sea horses at the sea horse preserve and even hand feed stingrays…or just “park it up down at The Lizard” and drink the day away with music by Mike Nash and John Patti. Grab yourself a "panty rippaah”, have a fresh grilled lobster, get in some souvenir shopping, or just enjoy the laid back vibe that is a “Caulker Afternoon”!
10am-Load the Pirate Catamaran (purchase necessary)

*the public ferry runs every hour and a half for pass holders and general public (purchase at the gate)
11am-arrive to Caye Caulker
11am-1pm - exploring the island at your own pace
1-3:30pm - Mike Nash and John Patti at The Lazy Lizard Stage for an afternoon of island bliss (open to all)
3:30-5pm - Stingray feeding and exploring the island at your own pace
4:30pm-Pirates private Catamaran leaves for San Pedro (purchase necessary)
5pm- VIP private ferry leaves for San Pedro (included in VIP packages)
5:30pm - Pirate Catamaran and VIP guests return to San Pedro
*the last public ferry leaves for San Pedro at 5:30pm (for general public and pass holders)
Thursday night will officially be open on the schedule, but you’ll have the opportunity to support the artists all around town at various venues of your choice.

Friday January 30- Free Day & Grand Finale Party
Friday you’ll spend your final afternoon chillaxing in the pool and enjoying a much needed final day of rest. VIP’s are welcome to join us at the host hotel grounds for a laid back afternoon, or you’re free to squeeze in a last visit to your favorite spot for one more drink…it’s your last day of vacation so spend it wisely!
1-3pm - We have the option to enjoy your last day chilling at the hotel pool with music by a local artist or you can do your own thing.
5pm-9pm- Friday in front of the host hotel we’ll be treated to a live performance by the San Pedro High School Marching Band which is our charity for the event. After the band’s performance, Mike Nash takes the Sunbreeze Bluewater stage and hosts a full band of Belizean and American musicians as we feature original music from all of the week’s artists in a rare full band show. We’re ending your vacation and time in Belize on a “high note”, but we can’t wait to do it all again next year!

Saturday January 31: End of week 1 and start of week 2
Returning home: If you'll be leaving us to return home, you will be taking your hop flight from San Pedro Saturday (included) and returning back to BZE airport in time for your US bound flight. Most US flights don't leave until at least 1pm or later, so you'll have plenty of time to grab lunch or a few more vacation drinks at the airport. We will need your itinerary at a later date.
Staying over for week 2: If one week in San Pedro just wasn't enough for you and you have any liver left, we welcome you to stay with us for week 2 (Parrothead Party week) and do it all again with a new group of friends! Saturday will be the rollover day from week 1 to week 2 groups so you can extend your vacation and spend the day in the pool greeting the new week 2 guests with us or choose this day for an excursion!

Mayan Camp #1- Ramon’s Village

Ramon’s Village is simply breathtaking! One of the nicest and best maintained resorts on the entire island; every detail is covered with this property. If you are looking for a unique “resort style” vacation Ramon’s will most certainly impress. All of the Tahitian styled cottages are nestled throughout tropical gardens of Royal Palms, bougainvillea, lilies, hibiscus and dozens of other types of tropical flora. Caye Hotel San Pedro is a perfect spot for solo travelers, groups of friends, or travelers who are just a bit more budget minded. We’ve chosen this property because of its exceptional value and convenient proximity to the host hotel where many of the shows take place. The Caye is literally two short blocks from Sunbreeze and because you’ll be VIP, you’re welcome to come use our pool and grounds at any time! Admittedly the rooms are nothing fancy, but they are very clean, modern, and comfortable and they have everything you need for a perfect vacation. The hotel was built new from the ground up in late 2024, so all of the rooms have brand new modern touches and comfy beds. It is a hidden gem in the middle of it all that’ll save you some drinking money!

Blue Tang has a total of fourteen one bedroom suites which include a living area and kitchen with varying views and bed types. This property is a perfect location in the heart of the festival, and though they do not have an onsite restaurant/bar, they do include continental breakfast and fully equipped kitchens and have a beautiful private pool area. Blue Tang is also only steps from Palapa Bar and many other dining options as well as all the bars along the Del Rio Strip where many of our music shows will take place. It is about an 8 minute golf cart ride from the host hotel with traffic, or a ten minute easy walk down the beach to the host hotel. An easy five minute walk north to Overseas, Nauti Crab and Wayo’s (the Del Rio Strip)

Mayan Camp - Sunbreeze Suites

Sunbreeze Suites is the sister property to our host hotel. It is located approximately a ten minute easy walk up the beach (five minutes by golf cart) from the host hotel. This boutique property is in a great location in the heart of it all- with restaurants and shopping just steps away. It features all one-bedroom suites with a separate living room area/dining area, full kitchens and pull out sofa. There is a restaurant and small bar on site as well as a nice plunge pool. The property has a total of 20 rooms of which our group takes over half. Sunbreeze Suites is a wonderful location in the heart of everything and within walking distance of the host hotel as well as many of our music venues just to the north on the Del Rio Strip.

Our gorgeous accommodations at Sunbreeze Resort in San Pedro couldn't be more convenient, affordable and luxurious! Sunbreeze is our primary host hotel where several of our music shows will take place. This location typically sells out fast, but not to worry, we have other fantastic options literally right next door and others very close in the general area so everything is within reach. All guests staying at any of our hotels will receive VIP status which comes with access to the host hotel (Sunbreeze) grounds, pool and the shows at the Sunbreeze stage as well as VIP only events.
