Step 1-

Please contact our cruise agent Jenny Wilson at the email or phone numbers below. She will answer any cruise questions you have and help you get the best rate for the cabin you’d like under our group rate. We have worked with Jenny for years and she is top notch. Book early and save with early bird discounts. We also have group promotions and onboard credits you can purchase ahead of time to save even more (don’t forget about the drink package!).

Step 2-

We will be reaching out at a later date to collect a separate fee for the entertainment. This will be be between $100 and up to $150 per person depending on how many cruisers we get and how many artists we can bring. Once we have a better idea of this number, we will contact you. Please note: this entertainment fee is mandatory and will be in addition to your cruise fee. Rest assured, we will be bringing as much top notch music as you’ve come to expect from Tropications events!

Step 3-

We will be planning a kickoff party at a hotel in Boston for Saturday night May 23rd and we will be in contact with these details at a later date. Your entertainment fee will include admission to this and all cruise related entertainment provided by Tropications. We will also be blocking rooms at the hotel at a group rate when we have a better idea of final numbers. If you are interested in staying with us for Saturday night before the cruise (or any additional nights) we will have a rate for you to decide when we contact you at a later date.
