SunBreeze Suites is a unique resort with 21 Ocean Front Suites that sits on the beach facing the Caribbean Sea and Second Largest Barrier Reef in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye. SunBreeze Suites offers 8 Ocean Front Suites and 13 Ocean View Suites. Each Suite comes with a private balcony that offers stunning views of the crystal clear blue sea. The relaxed and friendly ambiance is quickly felt as you check into the resort.

SunBreeze Suites is not only located on the beachside but is also ideally located at the south edge of the picturesque San Pedro Town. This offers our guests convenience and ease to embrace a true Belizean Experience. Within short walks from SunBreeze Suites you will find local Food Deli’s, Fresh Tropical Fruit Stands, and beachside carving exhibitions.

Our one Bedroom Suite offers a panoramic Ocean Front view of the Caribbean Sea. These Ocean Front Suites are ideal for an intimate tropical getaway featuring a private Caribbean-facing balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living area.
