Week 2 Caye Hotel- Ocean View w/ Balcony (various bed types) 10 total rooms

The Caye Hotel is a perfect option for the budget minded. That’s not to say it’s a dump though, in fact quite the opposite! The older building at this location was completely gutted and the hotel was built from the ground up brand new in late 2024. Our guests who stayed here for 2025’s event were very happy with the level of quality for the price. Clean and new bedding, fresh bathrooms and lots of natural light…this is most definitely a hidden gem on the island! And the best part is that it’s only steps from our host hotel grounds and because you’ll be VIP, you can come use the Sunbreeze pool with us!
Each room is spacious enough for one, two or even three people (depending on the room type). Each has a clean private bathroom and shower (with hot water), clean modern beds, coffee maker, smart tv and new appliances.
The ocean view rooms are on the back of the hotel facing the blue waters of the Caribbean and each has a small private balcony. They each have nice views of the beach and blue water. The bed types and floor locations vary (the hotel has no elevator, but they do have stewards to handle your luggage up the stairs). Please see below for bed types on the ocean view rooms.
We are holding the entire hotel of 22 rooms for our group as we expect this new economical addition to our properties to sell fast- especially given it’s proximity to the host hotel and pool where many of the music shows will take place. Save a little cash you can use for more rum and enjoy this brand new gem in the heart of the festival grounds! (like I said, if you do this vacation right, you won’t be spending much time in the room anyway!)
