*please note there are thirteen standard rooms. all with varying views of the property located on the first and second floor. (first floor having garden views, second floor having ocean views). Most have two double beds, a few have one queen bed, and two have one queen and one double bed. Please let us know in the notes section if you have a preference. Otherwise, we will assign each bed type and first/second floor as needed.
