*please note there are twenty one deluxe rooms with varying views of the property and divided among the first floor ((garden views) and second floor (2nd floor having more ocean views). Bed styles vary with some having a queen, and some having two doubles. Please let us know in the notes section if you have a preference. Otherwise, we will assign each bed type and first/second floor as needed.
