As with all of our trips, we like to package everything together to make your vacation planning a lot easier. This out the door price includes your room in San Ignacio from Saturday to Thursday (breakfast included), your hotel room in Belize City for Thursday night (breakfast included) and all necessary ground transport for the week. It includes Saturday night’s show at The Bluff, pontoon trip, Tikal Guatemala trip, Thursday’s cave tubing and lunch on excursion days for each person in your booking. Your expenses beyond this will be your US flight to/from BZE, any optional excursions you may choose, all non-included meals and drinks, tips and shopping you do on your own. All taxes and fees are included.

Payments: unfortunately the banks charge a 3% fee for using. a credit card online (this is already included in these prices). If you would like to save this fee (and deduct 3% from the price you see) and you would rather make your payment by Zelle, mail a check (or other person to person payments) please email us after you’ve completed your order. Use “discount code” NOFEE (all caps) and complete your order all the way through as if you were buying it. This will allow you to process your order and enter it into our system without charging you anything. Then contact us by email at Sales@Tropications.com and we will work out the best payment method with you. We can hold these rooms for one week pending payment in full.

*please note: in order to lock in today’s rates with the hotels, our cancellation policy requires a 10% non-refundable fee. Any cancellations after booking will incur this fee. Cancellations for a 90% refund are allowed until October 1, 2024. Any cancellations after this date will be addressed on a case by case basis and we will do our best to help resell the package, but we cannot guarantee a refund. If you anticipate any issues, please consider purchasing travel insurance from an independent source.
